Introduce your kids to all the foods on the plate and have fun guessing more fruits or vegetables that start with the letters of the Alphabet... it's not as easy as you may think! (read more to get ideas about how you can get the most of this alphabet plate) If the child is 2-5 years old:

Place some peas on the plate and ask them to find the picture of the peas on the plate. Show them the letter P and repeat the word "peas". Then make sure they eat their peas!
Repeat this process with cut up apples, watermelon, carrots, strawberries, zucchini etc.
Talk about all the different colours on the plate and educate them about eating a range of different colours of fruits and vegetables daily.
